Areas We Serve
Microcurrent Neurofeedback for Wheat Ridge
Ten Minutes North. One Turn Off Kipling or Wadsworth.
Wheat Ridge sits directly south of us. The studio is at 8795 Ralston Rd #100, Arvada, CO 80002, which for most of Wheat Ridge is a straight run north on Kipling Street or Wadsworth Boulevard and one turn.
It is the shortest drive of any community outside Arvada itself, which is why Wheat Ridge residents often take the mid morning slots that people driving in from further north cannot reach easily.
Momentous offers passive microcurrent neurofeedback in Arvada and Broomfield, with sessions intended to support relaxation and stress reduction. Sensors are placed at points around the cranium, the system reads brainwave activity, and it returns a very brief, very low microcurrent signal. You sit in a chair and nothing is asked of you.
It is not medical care, it is not a substitute for medical care, and it is not a therapy. Momentous does not identify or address health conditions. Please keep seeing whoever you already see.
Close enough that the drive is never the reason someone does not come back.
Getting Here
The Drive From Wheat Ridge, and the Arrival
What Is the Route From Wheat Ridge?
From the 38th Avenue corridor, take Wadsworth Boulevard north and turn west onto Ralston Road. From the west side of the city and Applewood, Kipling Street north to Ralston Road is usually the calmer choice, with fewer signals than Wadsworth.
If you are coming from the south end near I 70, either Kipling or Wadsworth north works. The interchange itself is the slow part in the late afternoon, so a mid morning session is the easier trip.
- 38th Avenue and Wadsworth, ten to fourteen minutes
- Applewood and the Youngfield side, twelve to eighteen minutes
- Near I 70 and Kipling, twelve to sixteen minutes
- East Wheat Ridge near Sheridan, twelve to eighteen minutes
What Happens When I Arrive?
You park on site, walk in level through the Suite 100 door, and sit down. On a first visit there is a short conversation before anything is set up, and nothing is placed on your head until you know what it does.
- The studio is at 8795 Ralston Rd #100, Arvada, CO 80002. Suite 100 is the ground floor unit, so it is a level walk from the lot to the front door with no stairs and no lift.
- Parking is on site and free. There is no permit to display and no meter to feed.
- Sessions run on Monday and Wednesday between twelve and five, with other days by appointment.
- About ten minutes early is enough for a first visit. That covers a glass of water and a short conversation before anything is set up.
When Are Sessions Available?
Sessions run on Monday and Wednesday between twelve and five, with other days by appointment. That matters more than distance for most people, because a short drive at an impossible hour is harder than a longer drive at a good one.
People who live further out tend to book the first slot or the last one of the day and travel against the traffic. If neither Monday nor Wednesday works for you at all, say so when you contact us rather than forcing a slot that will not hold.
Can I Fit a Session Into a Lunch Break From Wheat Ridge?
Often yes, given the drive. Allow for the session, the short conversation either side of it, and the fact that some people prefer not to rush straight back into a demanding afternoon.
How Should I Judge Whether This Belongs in My Week?
Start with the free consultation, then decide. We would rather you came once, understood exactly what happens, and chose not to continue than book a package on enthusiasm.
We do not chase symptoms. We work with the brain and nervous system, the control center behind them. Sessions are intended to support relaxation and stress reduction, and they sit alongside medical care rather than replacing any part of it.
What Should I Read Before the First Visit?
Two pages cover most of it. The first visit page walks through arrival, intake, and the chair. The safety and suitability page is the one we would rather you read early, because it is where we say who this is not appropriate for.
- Your first visit, described start to finish
- Safety and suitability, including when we say no
- What to bring, which is very little
