Our Standards
Our Standards
Our standards are the written rules this site holds itself to: no outcome promises, no success percentages, no condition claims, no third-party trackers, original writing only, and a review that every page passes before it publishes.
We publish them because a rule you can read is worth more than a reassurance you cannot check. If a page breaks one of these, it is a defect and you can tell us.
What Will This Site Never Claim?
It will never say a session fixes, resolves, or improves a named health condition. It will never give a success percentage. It will never promise a number of sessions that produces a result.
The device is FDA cleared and indicated for relaxation training and muscle reeducation. That is the ceiling of what we say about it, and the device clearance page explains why that wording is the accurate one.
- No outcome promises of any kind.
- No outcome percentages, rates, or before and after scores.
- No naming a health condition alongside a suggestion that a session addresses it.
- No medical language describing what we do, because we do not provide medical care.
How Is Content on This Site Written?
Every page is written from scratch by us. Nothing is copied or reworded from a device manufacturer, a competitor, or any other practice, and manufacturer marketing language never appears.
Where evidence is thin, the page says so. The what we do not know page exists specifically so the uncertainty has a home rather than being quietly dropped.
What Does the Review Before Publishing Check?
Each page passes a fixed checklist before it goes live. The checklist is mechanical on purpose, because judgment drifts and a list does not.
- A blocked term scan across all published copy, run automatically. A single hit stops the release.
- A condition name scan, run the same way.
- A check that any question and answer shown on the page matches the structured data exactly.
- A check that the standard disclaimer appears next to the content it applies to.
- A read for tone, so nothing hedges into meaninglessness while avoiding a claim.
What Do You Do About Tracking and Privacy?
This site carries no third-party analytics, advertising, remarketing, heatmap, or session replay script. Nothing on a page reports your visit to another company.
For organization programs, the privacy commitment goes further: a funding organization receives utilization counts and never names, which the anonymity page sets out in detail.
What Happens If I Find a Page That Breaks One of These Rules?
Tell us through the contact form and we will correct it. We would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
Do These Standards Apply to Organization Proposals Too?
Yes. The same rules govern a proposal document, a rider, and a report. Nothing we write privately promises what this site will not promise publicly.
