How Much Does Neurofeedback Cost?
A follow-up microcurrent neurofeedback session costs $100. A first session costs $100 as a one time introductory rate and includes intake and orientation. A consultation is no charge. Packages lower the per session amount: ten sessions for $1,250 or twenty for $2,400, with no expiry date.
Pricing here is a flat amount per session, with optional packages that lower the amount per session. There is no membership, no auto renewal, and no charge for a consultation.

What Does a Single Session Cost?
A first session is a one time introductory rate for a new client. It runs longer than a standard visit because it includes intake and orientation. A consultation is not charged at all.

What Do Add-Ons Cost?
Brain Gauge testing is an optional add-on to a session, not a standalone visit. It is added at the studio on the day, so there is nothing extra to book online.

What Do Packages Cost?
Packages lower the amount per session and carry no expiry date. You can start with a single session and move to a package later without losing the amount you already paid.
The family package is arranged with the studio rather than bought online, because it is shared among three to four members of one household at $115 per session.

Is Any of This Covered by Insurance?
Assume insurance does not cover it. This is a wellness service, paid directly by you, and we do not submit claims on your behalf.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Eligibility may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, and your plan administrator makes the final decision. Our HSA and FSA page explains how that works and what paperwork we provide.
How Does This Compare With Other Options?
Comparable microcurrent neurofeedback sessions elsewhere are commonly priced at $175 to $200 per session. A follow-up session here is $100, and a first session is $100 as a one time introductory rate that includes intake and orientation.

How Does Group or Organization Pricing Work?
Group and organization arrangements are quoted per program rather than per session. Ask us for a written proposal.
What Happens If You Cancel?
Change or cancel up to 24 hours before your time and there is no charge at all. Inside 24 hours, or if a session is missed, the session is charged. Unused sessions in a package stay yours because packages do not expire.
Do You Take Payment Before the Session?
Online bookings are paid when you confirm the time. If you have package credits in your portal, one credit is used instead. Nothing is charged to you automatically on a schedule.
Can Two People Share a Package?
The 10 and 20 session packages are attached to one person, because the intake and placement notes for a package are specific to that person. The $4,600 family package is the shared option, for three to four members of one household, and is set up with the studio.
